Born and raised in San Diego, California, but lived across the United States and travelled extensively overseas.

His screenplays have won or placed as quarter-finalist, semifinalist, and finalist in over 125 screenwriting competitions over the past four years.

Chris's primary genre is people under pressure: Drama, Thriller, Horror, Mystery or Crime, when characters are pushed to their breaking point.
